Titilola I've just discovered these talented people today on my soundcloud feed. I knew, no matter the cost, I must support them. Such perfection! This is such a well balanced album, the fiddle alone is played with so much precision and loving care, evoking joy and longing in the hardest of hearts. From one track to the next you race from the cliffs of Scotland to the hearth of your own home, wherever that may be. Great fortune to you, I already look forward to more of your work. Favorite track: Crantit Park.

Track Name: Black Is The Colour
Black is the colour of my true love's hair
Her lips are like red roses fair
She's the sweetest smile, And the gentlest hands I love the ground, Whereon she stands

I love my love and she well knows
I love the ground, whereon she goes I wish the day, it soon would come When her and I will be as one

I go to the Clyde and I mourn and weep For satisfied, I ne’er will be
And I write her a letter, just a few short lines And suffer death a thousand times.
Track Name: Bonnie Glenshee
Do you see yon high hills
All covered with snow
They hae parted mony's a true love But they'll ne’er part us twa

Busk, busk, bonny lassie
And come awaa wi me
And I'll tak you tae Glen Isla
Near bonny Glenshee

Do you see yon shepherds,
As they walk along
Wi their plaidies pulled aboot them And their sheep they graze on

Do you see yon soldiers
As they march alang
Wi their muskets on their shoulders As their broadswords hang doon

Do you see yon high hills
All covered with snow
They hae parted mony's a true love And they’ll soon part us twa
Track Name: Waterbound
I went out late one night
The moon and stars were shining bright
Storm come up and the trees come down
Tell you boys I was waterbound

Waterbound on a stranger's shore
River rising to my door
Carried my home to the field below
Waterbound nowhere to go

Carved my name on an old barn wall
No one'd know I was there at all
Stables dry on a winter night
You turn your head you could see the light

Black cat crawling on an old box car
Rusty door and a falling star
Ain't Got a dime in my rations sack
Waterbound and I can't get back

Its I'm gone and I won't be back
Don't believe me count my tracks
River's long and the river's wide
I'll meet you boys on the other side

So say my name and don't forget
Water still ain't got me yet
Nothing but I'm bound to roam
Waterbound and I can't get home
